Yuzu House

Welcome to YUZU House — an unconventional space built from recycled shipping containers, created with the vision of becoming a new community hub in Bratislava. YUZU House was designed as a place where families, friends, and colleagues can come together to relax, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere of the city by the river. Inspired by the historic legacy of Bratislava’s Lido district — once one of the city’s most beloved leisure destinations — the founders set out to help revive the spirit of this forgotten area. For decades, modern urban development neglected the former Lido area, leaving it abandoned and deteriorated. The original site of YUZU House was an overgrown grassy field that often served as an illegal dumping ground. Transforming the space into what it is today required more than two years of cultivation, construction, and dedication. As the idea of restoring Bratislava’s Lido continues to gain momentum, YUZU House is proud to contribute to this new chapter — bringing people, culture, and community life back to a place with deep historical significance.
